My family member died
My family member died. I have to go to the hospital to get their children. I won't be able to make it to check in. Yet they are still going to keep my money. I would never use this service again. How can you just get over on people like that? This is the worse hotel ever. The customer service person was very rude. She doesn't care that my family member is dead. They just want money. Please don't book with them EVER.

Throw money out the window instead
Absolutely insane defanately what you pay for is not what you get. They offer cheap car rentals but when you get to the actual agency everything else gets added on turns out to be more costly then if you went directly to the agency. They give you the run around, you call customer service and they tell you to call the agency, then you call the agency and they tell you to call who you booked through. I bought flight protection for them to tell me I get absolutely no refund or exchange on tickets because I purchased through priceline. Never again will I use a third party. I rather flush the money like the other customer said. Kiss your money goodbye

Trip 24962474518. Having been assured multiple times that we had All Inclusive on this trip when we arrived it was not. Forget trying to deal with these people. Same script every time I call-7 times since the day we arrived in February. Not able to get past the first responders who are not able to contact the next level except through email! What a crock!!’ Promises to expedite, rush, etc all worthless! Haven’t heard from anyone though they cheerfully say someone will contact me. Stay away from this outfit. All we are looking for is a refund of what we spent out of pocket after they fouled up on our All Inclusive reservation! Never again. Booked our next trip with someone else.

Worst Hotel Experience/ Priceline Did Nothing To Help!!!!
I have been traveling for 35 years. Tonite was THE WORST hotel experience, and I had to leave and find another hotel. PRICELINE did not do anything to help. I ended up paying 2 hotel fees for the same night, I am going to HOTWIRE now and forever!!!! PRICELINE IS THE WORST!!!!

The run around.
Rented a car and chose the Collision Damage Coverage that they offer. Went to pickup my vehicle, drove away and then awhile after I got an email from the insurance saying something went wrong and it did not go through. I've called the insurance company and priceline.com which is giving me the run around and they are telling me the only way to fix is I have to now go find time to drive the rental back, cancel it all and restart again and that should hopefully work. Who's paying for my time, my gas etc??? Shouldn't be on me to have to do all this running around for a insurance company they decide to use.

My most recent vacation was booked with…
My most recent vacation was booked with Priceline and I have to say it was one of my worst stays. Hotel was truly horrible. The price was high and the room was filthy and disgusting. Blood on the mattress. Smelled of urine. Was moved to another room but my hair extensions were stolen from housekeeping. I asked and asked but they would not return them. I would never stay in the hotel or book with Priceline again. Literally cost me more money on the end. Ruined my entire stay

Oh Priceline….booked a package deal…
Oh Priceline….booked a package deal through UA. Priceline gave me a travel credit…but didn’t mention I can only use said credit for the 5a or 11p flight. Transferred about 10 times and 2 hours on the phone begging for help to find out my airline $$ minus travel credit = no refund for me and big bucks for Priceline. The most incredibly dishonest online platform ever!!! I’ll be sure to spread the news!!

Priceline is a cheater
Priceline e? You should never ever use their services The worst ever. Actually there is no service Just cheaters I have booked a flight with thém and paid a crazy amount for luggage and seats Of course I did not have neither seats neither luggage and of course after three days of trying to solve this problem with stupid agents or chatbot at the end I had to pay my luggage and seats again three times more because on the check in is expensive !!!! Zero help Zero understanding Zero compassion

Beware of local high mileage fees. Priceline advertises unlimited free mileage but if you rent a car in the town you live in, you can get blindsided with these fees. Advantage Car Rental charged $20 per day. Priceline hides these fees in the fine print AFTER your purchase. In general, stick with better known car rental companies who have a reputation to protect.

Agreed I think they are included. My issue was no refund when I tried to cancel. I also switched to Costco travel much cheaper better service. I will never use Priceline again!

The agreed to price is inclusive. I would look at dollar's website before renting from Priceline. There is no layer of protection from prcln.

Book directly via the Airline (Lufthansa, United, and, depending where you are departing from Signapore Airlines is my favourite!) and get the best deal!

No, they have gotten worse! Do not use priceline for anything. If anything is wrong with your reservation they will not give you a refund for whatever reason!

Here's a tip to save you some possible grief. Don't use Priceline. Go on google flights, check the prices easily and book directly through the airline.

Never ever use priceline I tried twice once with a hotel they gave me the wrong date. The second was with a rental car. I rented a suv as we needed space for 5 people and it confirmed the suv just to send me a email confirming a compact car. And they would not change it...

Hi, I booked two International flights through Priceline and now I wonder if they are legitimate bookings as I have only received itineraries and not actual e tickets with the airlines. I have never waited more than a few hours for an eticket and its been 24 hours. I call their helpline and they say my tickets are confirmed. I have emailed them to supply actual flight booking numbers in 12 hours or I will do a credit card reversal. How long has anyone waited for an eticket through this site? And why do the positive reviews read like bots? Its not looking good for Priceline. We have consumer protection in Australia and if they don't give me legit bookings in 12 hours they are looking at a snake that bites.

Sounds like you are a "nervous Nelly". Priceline is a multi-billion dollar corporation and they could buy the airlines that they use for their bookings. I'm not sure that you know exactly what Priceline does, but if you fight them you will lose. I suggest you do what the other responders have stated. Call the airline. Priceline is like an E-Bay or a Groupon. They don't provide the actual tickets, they buy the flight for you and then they simply inform you what they purchased on your behalf. Your contract is actually with the airline. Priceline is simply the facilitator.

I'm not sure what you mean by "receive" the e-ticket. I've booked numerous times through priceline and other intermediaries, but have never received a ticket. I would suggest that you look at the itinerary that you've received from priceline and look for the Airline Confirmation Number (which may be a sequence of letters and or numbers depending on the airline). Then go to the airline's website and look up your flight itinerary. This process also varies by airline, but there should be some menu such as "My Trips" or other itinerary look up option. The airline should be able to find your itinerary based on your name and confirmation number. If your priceline itinerary contains an e-ticket number, you may be able to use that on the airline's website as well. If the airline has your itinerary, you're good to go. You'll be able to check in and get a boarding pass (electronic or print) 24 hours prior to your flight. If the airline has no record of you, then you've got a problem.
